Shipping Policy

Rheem Luxe Interior – Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped within the continental United States. Shipping fees are not included and vary based on destination, weight, and carrier.

We offer curbside delivery as standard. White-glove service (in-home placement and basic assembly) is available for an additional fee upon request.

Customers must inspect all items upon delivery.
If an item arrives damaged, note it on the delivery receipt, take photos, and contact us at rheemluxe@gmail.com or (320) 297-0008 within 48 hours.

Only verified shipping damages qualify for an exchange. All other sales are final.

 

Shipping Timeframe
In-stock items typically ship within 2–5 weeks from the date of purchase.
Custom or special-order pieces may require additional time depending on production and availability.

Delivery times vary by destination and carrier schedule. While Rheem Luxe Interior strives for prompt delivery, we cannot guarantee exact arrival dates due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or logistics.
